Resocialization, Communication, Practical Plans and Goals: Participants learn the difference between wishes and goals. SMART goals are explored as the way to put action to wishes to create change. The process of goal setting is discovered and practical ways to apply them are given. In this way workshop participants can craft a plan to reach their fullest potential in their job search.
