Call Center Team Lead

This is an opportunity for you to work in a FUN team environment while earning GREAT PAY (earning $16.00-$18.00 an hour), monthly cash bonuses (starting at $200 uncapped) and prizes (examples of prizes: laptops, iPad, gift cards, more). In this role, you will build relationships with clients (elementary schools) over the phone and bring joy and happiness to millions of elementary school children across the country, while supporting your sales team of 3-8 Sales Reps. We believe in continuous improvement and provide training for you to grow professionally and personally.

  • Day Shift- Monday –Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Start Date: April 21, 2020
  • Pay: Base rate of $16.00-18 per hour with potential to earn $21+ per hour with bonuses

What you will do:

75% of the role will be performing sales duties

  • Make outbound calls to elementary schools (PTA/PTO) to provide information regarding the Company’s Holiday Shop program

25% of the role will be leading the sales team

  • Staff Development/Training
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Holding Team Meetings
  • Performing weekly one-on-ones

We are looking for high-energy, positive, customer service minded Sales Representatives to start in our upcoming training class!!

In this role, you will build relationships with clients (elementary schools) over the phone and bring joy and happiness to millions of elementary school children across the country. We believe in continuous improvement and provide training for you to grow professionally and personally.

What you will do:

  • Make outbound calls to elementary schools (PTA/PTO) to provide information regarding the Company’s Holiday Shop program
  • Build rapport with potential clients, selling and aligning program benefits to customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service support
  • Meet call and sales goals expectations
