Maintenance Team Member
The Maintenance Team Member works under general direction of the Maintenance Manager and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs equipment that utilizes hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and/or programmable logic controls (PLC’s). This position will minimize machine downtime and unplanned breakdowns by performing preventive maintenance work, completing repairs in a timely manner, and implementing maintenance process improvements.
Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians
The Maintenance Team Member will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment that utilizes hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and/or programmable logic controls (PLC’s). This position will minimize machine downtime and unplanned breakdowns by performing preventive maintenance work, completing repairs in a timely manner, and implementing maintenance process improvements. This position will conduct safety inspections on equipment and comply with all safety rules and regulations while performing work.
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for performing engineering analysis to define design requirements, review sustainability of materials and feasibility of proposed processes under daily direction. The position will perform benchmark evaluation of competitive or proposed new products as well as ongoing product improvements utilizing proposed processes or material changes. The position will design prototypes and test product components, sub-systems and fixturing by applying principles and techniques of mechanical engineering.
