FY 2027 Workforce Center Services Contractor Request for Proposals

The Tarrant County Workforce Development Board, doing business as Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (WSTC), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to manage and operate Tarrant County’s Workforce Center System. The initial year of service for the selected provider will begin on October 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2027. WSTC may extend the contract for an additional year up to four times, pending annual review and successful achievement of goals and performance measures.
