Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

Robert Half currently has two 1st-line Supervisor openings to support the COVID-19 Taskforce in North Richland Hills.  The company you would be working for manufactures PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and has been tasked with ramping up their manufacturing of surgical masks/gowns/face shields etc. and replenishing regional storage facilities.  There are about 60 people on site, including support from the National Guard.

This position would be managing the civilian population as a first line supervisor and supporting the production mission during the weekend.  Also, this is just temporary to support the COVID-19 efforts, and can last anywhere from 30-90days or longer.

Shift A (Night) $20hr – 11:00pm to 11:00am:   Start Thursday 11pm to Fri 11am, Friday 11pm to Sat 11am, Sat 11pm to Sun 11am

Shift B (Day) $18.50 – 11:00am to 11:00pm:   Start Friday 11am to 11pm, Sat 11am to 11pm, Sunday 11am to 11pm

Requirements:

  • Open availability – including nights, weekends and Holidays
  • Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in banking, 911 call center, alarm monitoring or medical transport
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and grammatical skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to manage priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner within outlined timeframes

Intake Specialist

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Type 35 words per minute
  • 1+ years experience in service environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pay starting at $9.50/hour
  • Work hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

  • Background in loan processing or document verification
  • Hours Thursday – Monday, nights and weekends as well as holidays
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Strong ability to use multiple screens and multiple systems
  • Ability to work alone
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Able to complete repetitive tasks
  • Ability to handle data with high confidentiality
  • Bilingual is a plus!
