In-Person Services
We know that right now there is a lot of stress and uncertainty in our community and many are in need of our services. While virtual services are a great way to stay connected and get help, they may not be accessible to everyone in our community. Currently, five of our six Workforce Centers (Northwest location temporarily closed) are providing in-person services BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Learn more below or give us a call at 817-413-4000 for more information.
Below are some of the ways we plan on keeping all of our customers and staff safe and healthy when in the Workforce Centers:

Resource Room Computer Reservations
Five of our six Workforce Centers (Northwest location temporarily closed) are offering job seekers the ability to reserve a computer in the center’s resource room for job search activities. If you would like to reserve a computer, find your nearest Workforce Center by visiting our locations page, then click the link for your preferred center below and complete the reservation form. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email with more details.
Please keep in mind the following before you book your reservation:
Due to high demand, computer reservations cannot be extended beyond 1 1/2 hours. Please plan ahead so that you can complete your job search activities within the allotted time.
Please be courteous to others and practice social distancing while in the Resource Room.
In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone, please be aware of the following:
Face coverings are required in order to receive services inside the Workforce Center.
