Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director leads the agency’s operations, including staff, finances, and strategic planning to ensure effective workforce service delivery. Robert serves as the link between strategy and action, turning the Board’s vision into measurable results that address Tarrant County’s workforce needs. He builds partnerships with businesses and community organizations to equip workers with skills for in-demand jobs. Robert brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both public and private sectors.
